Method

Hives under transhumance by region, as the bulletin prints them.

Confidentiality

Threshold per beekeeper, using the programme's parameters, with one declared exception. A cell is not published when fewer beekeepers than the minimum report to it. The dominance rule is not evaluated for this series, and the indicator sheet says why instead of treating it as met. The source publishes each cell's total and how many beekeepers reported it, but not how much each one reported. The dominance rule asks whether a single contributor holds the share of the total the programme sets, and that question needs the breakdown: without it the rule cannot be evaluated, and splitting the total evenly or assuming a distribution would invent the very figure that decides whether the cell is published. This indicator is declared not to apply the rule, and it keeps the half of the barrier that can still be evaluated, the minimum number of units. This lapses on the day the source publishes how the quantity is distributed among those who report it.

Limitations

This indicator exists and its figure is not published in this phase. The missing datum is the count of beekeepers in the cell, that is, how many beekeepers declared migratory hives in each region: without it the disclosure threshold cannot evaluate the cell, and a cell that is not evaluated is not published. The day the source publishes that count, this series loads without touching anything but this record. The series starts in 2023 and no earlier. The bulletin edition covering 2020 prints the regional tables with regions as columns, and this instance's reader stops and says so instead of returning a cell holding several regions' figures; that period is captured and not ingested. In edition 9, captured on 2026-09-02, two regions print a dash in this column, which is a cell without data and not a zero.

Revision policy

The whole series is recalculated when the agency publishes a new edition, and the previous version is kept as an erratum with its reason.
