Method
Difference between Chilean exports to the destination and the imports that destination declares from Chile, divided by the latter. The status comes from its inputs through the propagation order.
Confidentiality
No threshold barrier, because the export universe protects no population. The reason is set out in the universe declaration and in ADR 0035: the population of exporting firms exists, but the source neither identifies nor counts it, so the cell cannot be evaluated, and the number of contributors is not taken from another source because that would mean inventing it. The published cell is the one the agency already publishes at the same breakdown.
Limitations
This indicator exists with its method published and does not yet publish any figure. The comparison is by destination country, and this laboratory's export series publishes the national figure without opening destination as a dimension, because its vocabulary would have to come from the very capture being validated. The partner's figure is also annual while the export figure is monthly. Both conditions are met on the same day: once destination is declared as a dimension with its vocabulary, this series compares by destination and by year.
Revision policy
The whole series is recalculated when the agency publishes a new edition, and the previous version is kept as an erratum with its reason.
